Now that the new year is here, I am trying to get back in the routine that I had most of last year, which was meal prepping. For those that aren’t familiar, meal prepping is when you prepare enough meals to get you through a certain time period. For example, I made two different types of meals and one has 4 servings and the other has 6.
Since I had a lot of interest on my Instagram Story for the recipes of the things I was making this week I decided that I would put together a little post to compile all of the recipes. The first one is the Greek Chicken Bowls there are multiple moving parts, but all of them work together perfectly!
The next recipes I actually found separately but I thought that they would work well together and they did! I love butternut squash and this recipe might be my favorite way to prepare it yet!
I also wanted to compile a few items that use frequently while I am meal prepping! These containers are my favorite because the lids are easy to get on and off and they are also not too bulky when you put them in the refrigerator.
