Earlier this week my boyfriend and I got to have a quick date night at one of our favorite places: Chuy’s! We absolutely love the Stacked Blue Corn Enchiladas and we split it every single time. I always leave feeling full but not too full! I also love the Jalapeno Ranch Dip that they serve! I could take a gallon home if they would let me.
I hope everyone has an exciting weekend planned! Tomorrow is Row night for KA at the University of Arkansas so I’ll be at a rap concert! I’m not really one for rap concerts but it’s Row so I have to make an exception at least once a year!
