Okay, guys, I am going to be upfront with y’all I have no idea what amounts of different seasonings that I put into this recipe. I did what my mom’s side of the family calls eyeballing it and it turned out awesome!! BUT this is a super simple recipe so I have complete faith that you will be a okay and able to make this meal!!

 

Here are the ingredients:

1 package of mushrooms

3 cloves of garlic

1 Yellow Onion

1 Package of Sausage (your preference)

1 Yellow Bell Pepper

1 Red Bell Pepper

1 Orange Bell Pepper

Olive Oil

Red Pepper Flakes

Onion Powder

Garlic Powder

Chili Powder (For a little-added heat)

Chicken Stock

Instructions:

Okay so first you want to heat up a large saucepan! (Medium Heat nothing too crazy) I put some oil in the bottom so that it would keep the veggies from sticking! Slice your mushrooms up! Yep, the whole package and put those into the pan first! Then slice your other veggies and add them as well! Let them cook for about 5 minutes all together and add about a half a cup of Chicken Stock! While your veggies are soaking all of that amazingness up go ahead and add your spices! To be honest I just add what I feel would be right. If I was measuring it probably be about 1-2 teaspoons for each spice minus the Chili Powder and the Red Pepper Flakes. (I am always cautious with spicy flavors because I can’t take a ton of heat!) Then let stir in the spices in the mixture! Last you want to add your sliced sausage! I put this in and let it all cook down with a lid over it for about 10 minutes. Then when your time is up, serve it in a bowl and enjoy!!

Eating Keto for a lot of people seems super difficult. For me I just look at is as a game. It is a challenge to take my favorite dishes and make them healthier! This dish is a go-to for me because I normally have all of these items on hand, oddly enough! When I wasn’t doing the Keto diet I would put this skillet mixture over white rice! When I took the rice out I barely noticed!!
